Do note that the pricing may tend to vary after time.

1. The first and the best in our list is the Asus R540UB-DM1197T laptop which has some of the best specs at a price tag of 40,000 INR.

Pros:

  • I5 8th Gen Processor.

  • Dedicated Nvidia MX110 2GB GDDR5 GPU.

It’s an all rounder laptop that can handle a bit of low end gaming, editing and your day to day tasks at ease.

2. For this one we have the Lenovo Ideapad S145 which also has some quite decent specs at a price of 40,000 INR.

Pros:

  • Latest Ryzen 5 3rd Gen CPU.

  • 8GB RAM.

  • 512GB SSD.

  • Microsoft Windows 10 & Office Preloaded.

  • FHD Display

Cons:

  • No dedicated GPU but the integrated Vega 8 GPU is good for low end gaming and editing.

  • Storage space could be an issue for some users.

It’s a decent laptop that can handle day to day tasks easily and with MS Office preloaded it’s even good for the users who use them on a daily basis.

3. Next at 37,000 INR, we have the Asus R540UB-DM1043T Laptop which is similar to our 1st choice.

Pros: Similar to Asus R540UB-DM1197T 1st Choice.

Con

The only con here is that you are getting 4GB RAM instead of 8GB which can be a deal breaker but do note that you can upgrade your RAM later, so if you can’t go upto 40K you can go for this laptop as well.

Other than it’s con everything on this laptop is just perfect you can simply upgrade your RAM in future, most of these ram sticks cost around 2K. It's aslo the cheapest laptop that offers an i5 8th Gen CPU with a dedicated GPU!

4. The Asus M509DA-EJ542T is also a quite decent laptop priced at 36,000 INR.

Pros:

  • Latest Ryzen 5 3rd Gen CPU.

  • Windows 10 Preloaded.

  • Comes in 2 variants one with 1TB HDD, other with 256GB SSD.

  • Better Integrated GPU than Intel.

  • FHD Display.

Cons:

  • Only 4GB of RAM.

  • No MS Office Preloaded.

  • No Dedicated GPU.

At this budget you are getting a decent CPU and options to choose from between HDD or SSD. If you are someone who wants better transfer speed of data then the SSD option is preferable but then you’ll get only 4GB of RAM which is not enough in 2020 even for some common tasks.

5. The Asus X540UA-DM1027T is by far the cheapest laptop that comes with an i5 8th gen processor priced at only 34,000 INR.

Pros:

  • I5 8th Gen Processor.

  • FHD Display.

  • Windows 10 Preloaded.

Cons:

  • 4GB RAM.

  • No MS Office Preloaded.

  • No Dedicated GPU.

Amazon: Not Available.

As we already said at this price point no other company will offer an i5 8th Gen Processor which is fairly enough to handle everyday tasks.

6. Lastly we have Dell Vostro 3490 14-inch Laptop at 31,000 INR.

Pros:

  • Latest i3 10th Gen Processor.

  • 14 inch compact display.

  • Windows 10 Preloaded

Cons:

  • Although it’s a 10th Gen i3 CPU, it’s not as powerful as Ryzen 5 2nd Gen CPU.

  • Only 4GB RAM.

  • No MS Office Preloaded.

  • Only HD Display.

  • No Dedicated GPU.

It’s great laptop and since it has a 14inch display with HD resolution the battery consumption will be less as compared to other 15inch FHD laptops, but do note that it’s still a dual core processor and at similar price range you can even get a Ryzen 5 2nd Gen Quad Core CPU which would be much better as compared to i3 10th Gen.
